1) Do you provide artwork design?
Yes. We can do a simple design for you with a small fee, kindly contact us for more details about the design service.

2) Do you print final artwork for proof checking before proceed with the printing?
Yes. We can print final artwork for final stage checking with minima charge.

3) What file formats do you accept?
We prefer to accept artwork in
1. Adobe Illustrator (.ai) version 10 and above
2. Adobe Acrobat Document (.pdf) High resolution

We discourage the use of JPEGs because most of the time they cause quality issues.

4) How can I send or upload my artwork to you?
You can send us your file via few options:
1. http://www.yousendit.com (capability to send up to 100mb/file for free)
2. Drop us an email dressyourbrand@gmail.com (for file less than 30MB)
3. Send us your CD-Rom, floppy disk, Zip disc or Jaz disc if you are not sending the files electronically to our office address.

5) Bleed allowance to build into my files?
Please allow a 1/8" bleed if possible around all four sides of the page layout for bleeds

6) Should I compress or zip my files before sending to you?
It is preferably not to compress or zip the files that you upload or e-mail to us.
For larger files of more than 30Mb, we encourage the use of http://www.yousendit.com

7) What resolution should I use for graphics and text files?
We strongly recommend producing all your image files at 300 dpi and all text files at 500 dpi.
To be sure we have an exact match to the type you want,
we ask you to supply us with the fonts or "create outline" and ''Embed Image" when saving your artwork in adobe illustrator.
