1) How do I make the payment to you?
You can either post the check to us or directly bank-in into our company bank account.

We are sorry for not accepting credit card payment at this moment.

3) Can I request for credit terms?
We will consider your credit terms request if your order size is more than RM5,000.
We are sorry for unable to provide credit terms for the printing order lower than that amount.
All the payment must be fully paid upon confirmation of your printing order.
Please note that we will only start the production upon receipt of your full payment.

4) How long is the printing production turnaround time?
A typical production time for an order is 5-7 business days,
however it varies on the volume and size of the order, kindly contact us for more accurate production time of your order.

5) Bleed allowance to build into my files?
Please allow a 1/8" bleed if possible around all four sides of the page layout for bleeds

6) How do I collect the printing products?
You might be imposed a small amount of shipping charges. Exact shipping cost might vary depends on volume of order and delivery location, kindly contact us for more details of the shipping arrangement and cost incur.
